Delivery costs

United Kingdom (excluding Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Scottish Islands and Highlands): Free delivery on orders over £75+VAT, £6.65+VAT carriage charge will be applied to any orders under £75+VAT.

For a timed next working day, or Saturday delivery, please contact us. In most cases we will be able to quote you instantly.

Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Scottish Islands and Highlands: £16.65+VAT

Returns
In the event that the product ordered is no longer required it may be returned by contacting us and obtaining a returns reference number and form to complete. Returns will be at the expense of the client and must be made within 14 days of delivery. Returned items must be identified externally with a returns number and be in the original packaging and condition as when despatched from our warehouse.

Refunds will be issued once goods are quality checked and will be made back onto the card that was used to make the initial purchase. If items are returned and an exchange is made no restocking fee will be applied. If no exchange is made a restocking charge of 15% will be applied to business customers.

Personalised products are exempt from our returns policy, these include items such as signs, bespoke cages, engraved items, personalised visitor books and systems. Security removal tools and keys are also exempt. Where appropriate, artwork would be emailed for your approval prior to production.
