Returns
In the event that the product ordered is no longer required it may be returned by contacting SSP Direct within 14 working days and obtaining a returns reference number and form to complete. Returns must then be received within 14 working days following the return request. Any returns received after this period will be returned to sender.
Returns are the customers responsibility until they are back with us, so please ensure items are well protected to prevent damage. Returned items must be identified externally with a returns number and be in unused, resalable condition.
Refunds will be issued once goods are quality checked and will be made back onto the card that was used to make the initial purchase. If items are returned and an exchange is made, no restocking fee will be applied. If no exchange is made a restocking fee of 15% will be applied to business customers only.
Personalised products are exempt from our returns policy (artwork where appropriate will be emailed for approval before the order is completed), these include items such as bespoke signs, engraved items, personalised visitor books and systems. Security removal tools and keys are also exempt, due to the nature of the products.
